Delivery Delivery times are as follows:
- Ready made curtains: 3-4 days
- Custom curtains, blinds and accessories: 7-9 days
- Poles and tracks: 3-4days
Orders under £250.00 are subject to a £10 shipping fee. We can only ship to mainland Britain excluding the Scottish Highlands. Goods are subject to availability. In the rare event that we are unable to supply the goods within our time frame we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. While we make every effort to ensure our prices are accurate errors may occur.
ALL PICTURES AND PHOTOGRAPHS ARE FOR GUIDANCE ONLY. WE RECOMMEND THAT FOR ACCURATE MATCHING YOU ASK FOR A SAMPLE OF THE FABRIC(S) TO CHECK COLOUR AND TEXTURE.
All curtain sizes are approximate especially with ready made curtains. All our products are sold on the basis that they are for domestic use. Other usage may require additional insurance, which is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us for further information if the product is to be used in a business or public environment.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Rights To Cancel and Return policy You may normally cancel your order for any reason (once accepted by us) within 7 days of delivery of the product. You must give us written notice within that 7 day period. If you do cancel your contract within this period you will receive any payments made by you refunded via the source of payment within 30 working days (excluding any postage costs incurred by Bristol Curtain and Linen Shop.
All cancelled items MUST be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all the original packing. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund or to exchange your product. If the product is considered faulty by Bristol Curtain and Linen Shop you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply.
Our open refund policy does not apply to custom made, altered ready made curtains and cut length fabrics unless THEY ARE DEEMED DAMAGED OR FAULTY by Bristol Curtain and Linen Shop. This is due to the products' bespoke nature and our inability to resell. WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO SEEK A FABRIC SAMPLE TO ENSURE THE COLOUR AND TEXTURE ARE TO YOUR LIKING AND TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL DIMENSIONS. Computer monitors vary greatly in colour and shade representation.
Claims for fabric will not be accepted once the fabric has been cut. It is essential that fabric is checked before cutting for colour, quality and quantity. Bristol Curtain and Linen shop will not accept any claim for fabrics that have been subjected to further resistancy or other treatments outside of our control.
It is the buyer's responsibilitiy, regardless of delivery address, to ensure goods are as ordered and are of satisfactory quality.
